About Shooting Tyre

It started with an old camera and a feeling I had for a long time.

I'm Art, an automotive photographer based in Los Angeles, and I've been obsessed with cars for as long as I can remember. In February 2022, I picked up my dad's camera, pointed it at a car, and something clicked. Not just the shutter, something in me. I knew this was what I wanted to do.

I built everything you see here myself. The photos, the website, the brand, all of it. Shooting Tyre is my vision of what automotive photography should feel like: clean, cinematic, and true to the machines that inspire it.

Since those early days, I've had the privilege of covering some of the most iconic events in the automotive world. I shoot Monterey Car Week every year as an accredited media photographer, one of the most celebrated gatherings in automotive culture, and I've worked with the BMW Club of North America at Legends of the Autobahn, one of the most prestigious concours events on the West Coast.

My goal with every shoot is the same one I had from day one, to capture the essence of automotive beauty. Whether it's a factory supercar or a passion project built in someone's garage, every car has a story worth telling.

I'm based in Los Angeles and cover events and shoots from San Francisco all the way down the coast.
